What you see when the clock stops

Your score and where it stands

Correct answers, questions reached, and a rough percentile from the one example the publisher gives, labeled as an estimate.

The questions you should have skipped

Every question that held you past the pace and earned no point, with the seconds it cost and the points that time was worth.

Your weak types, by name

Right, wrong and seconds for each question type, so tonight's practice goes where the points are.

Also in the questions: "Some" means at least one, possibly all. Dates are written month/day/year. A figure may be turned, but it is never flipped unless the question says so.

Questions about the PI Cognitive Assessment

Is this the real PI Cognitive Assessment?

No. It is a practice test written by us in the same format: 50 questions, 12 minutes, the nine question types, four answer choices. We are not affiliated with The Predictive Index.

What is a good PI Cognitive Assessment score?

There is no universal pass mark. The employer sets a target scaled score for each role; 250 is the average on the 100 to 450 scale, which the publisher's blog puts at about 20 correct answers of 50.

Can you go back on the PI Cognitive Assessment?

Yes. The publisher's guide describes Previous and Next buttons, five questions to a page. A good plan is to take the fast questions first and return to the slow ones.

Is the PI Cognitive Assessment the same as the PI Behavioral Assessment?

No. The Behavioral Assessment is an untimed checklist of adjectives with no right answers. Employers often send both.

Are wrong answers penalized?

No. Wrong answers do not count against you, so no question should be left blank at the end.
