Last updated October 13, 2026

Short version

If you want your money back, email us within 14 days of purchase and you get the full price back. You do not have to give a reason, and it does not matter how many tests you have taken.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This applies to both products, "One exam" ($29) and "Exam + trainer" ($49).

2. How to ask

Write to support@timedprep.com from the email address you used at checkout. If you write from another address, include your Paddle transaction number (it is on your receipt) so we can find the purchase. One line is enough: "Please refund my purchase."

We reply and send the refund to Paddle within one business day.

3. How refunds are paid

Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. The original charge appears on your statement as PADDLE.NET* TIMEDPREP; the refund comes from the same name. Paddle may also consider refund requests directly under its own refund policy.

When a refund is issued, the access that was bought with that payment closes.

4. Upgrades and discount codes

5. After 14 days: if something is broken

After 14 days, purchases are not refundable simply because you no longer need them. But if the product does not work for you (it will not load, the payment went through but access did not open, or there is a serious error in the material), tell us at any time during your 12 months of access. We will fix it, extend your access, or refund you in full if we cannot fix it.

6. Repeat refunds

The 14-day refund is there so you can try the product without risk. The one exception: we may decline a refund, or decline to sell again, to a person who repeatedly buys and refunds.
