Timed practice for hiring tests
Run out of time in practice, not on test day.
Free full-length timed tests in the format of yours. No sign-up.
Six fixed full tests each for the Wonderlic, the CCAT and the PI. Drills draw from a separate pool of 1,213 questions and do not repeat within a question type until you have done them all.
Not sure which test it is?
Look at the invitation email. Three details usually settle it.
More detail: how to tell which test you got.
These tests are built so that you run out of time
Nobody is expected to finish. The points go to the people who know the question types on sight and let go of a question the moment they are stuck. Both are habits, and habits are trained on a clock, not by reading.
What the free test tells you
Where you stand
Your score, an estimated percentile with its source, and how far you got before the clock stopped you. For the CCAT: which job families' suggested score ranges your practice score already reaches, and the gap to the one you want.
Where the time went
Seconds on every question, your pace against the pace that finishes, and the list most people never see: the questions you should have skipped, with what they cost you.
What to fix first
Right and wrong by question type, so you know whether to spend tonight on word problems, on series or on pacing.
No email is asked for the result. The answers and explanations for the first 10 questions are open; the rest open with a plan.
Why practice here
Questions that do not run out in a weekend
The Wonderlic, the CCAT and the PI each have 6 full timed tests. After that, drills draw from a separate pool of 1,213 questions that are in none of the tests. Within a question type, nothing repeats until you have done every question of that type.
Answers checked by machine
Number, series, logic and figure questions are generated by code, and each key is re-derived by a separate checker. Word questions were solved blind, twice, by independent AI solvers. Report an error anyway and we check it and fix a confirmed one within 24 hours.
The rules of your test, not a generic quiz
Forward-only on Wonderlic and CCAT practice, the way candidates report those tests; free movement on the PI, as its publisher describes. Four answer choices on the PI, five on almost every question of the others. The publisher's own guessing rule for each test, because they differ.
Made for two or three days
No 12 hours of video. Short sessions: a test, the list of what to fix, a 5-minute drill on exactly that, and a pace set.

Questions people ask
Are these the questions from the real test?
No, and nobody honest can sell you those. Every question here is written by us in the format of the test: the same question types, the same clock, the same number of answer choices. You will not meet our questions on the real test, which is why practicing the format and the pace is what helps.
Do I need to sign up to take the free test?
No. Press Start and the clock runs. There is no email form before the test or before the result.
What do I see when I finish the free test?
Your score, an estimated percentile with its source, how many questions you reached, your accuracy, a breakdown by question type, the time you spent on every question, and the questions you should have skipped. The answer and explanation for the first 10 questions are open; the rest open with a plan.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and get 12 months of access. Nothing renews.
What if it does not help?
Write to us within 14 days of buying and we refund the full price. No questions, no proof needed.
Can practice really raise a score on these tests?
These tests are tight on time by design: most people do not finish. Knowing the question types and deciding fast which questions to skip is a skill, and it improves with timed practice. We cannot promise a score, and we do not.
I do not know which test my employer uses. What should I take?
Use the short helper on this page: the time limit and the names in the invitation usually settle it. If they do not, take the general cognitive test, which covers the question types these tests share.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The tests and the dashboard are built for a phone first. Take the real test on the device you practiced on if you can.
